# Introduction & Platform Overview

This document provides comprehensive technical documentation for the IX Hello Reporting Platform’s Premium Reporting module. It is designed to serve as a detailed knowledge base reference, suitable for ingestion by AI-powered knowledge bots and as a training resource for new users, support teams, and stakeholders.

The IX Hello platform is an AI-powered services platform supporting both text-based and voice-based interactions. It serves three distinct products:

**IX Hello Employee (ixHE)**: Internal employee-facing AI assistant platform for enterprise organizations.

**IX Hello Customer v1 (ixHC)**: Customer-facing AI assistant platform for external customer interactions and support.

**IX Hello Customer v2**: Next-Generation voice AI platform for advanced conversational voice interactions.

Premium Reporting provides advanced analytics, visualizations, and operational dashboards across all three products. It is powered by Tableau embedded dashboards connected to an Amazon Redshift data warehouse, with row-level security ensuring organization-scoped data isolation. The reporting layer supports up to 6 months of historical data and provides both real-time operational views and historical analytical dashboards.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.ixhello.com/ix-hello-reporting/premium-reporting/introduction-and-platform-overview.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
