# SalesForce: Connect to iX Hello

## Connect your iX Hello and Salesforce account

Open the “<https://bots.ixhello.com/>**” URL in a new tab,** enter your login credentials and click the “**Log In**” button.

After updating the verification code, click very code and then click continue.

On the home screen Select the “**Connect to Salesforce**” button on the pre-built skill.

If you do not find the Salesforces connect on the home screen, navigate to the Integration > connect system > connection gallery.

This will redirect you to Setup Salesforce integration with iX Hello. Click the “**Submit**” button.

You are returned to the “<https://bots.ixhello.com/>**”** page to integrate Salesforce with iX Hello. Click “**Submit**”.

Before creating a developer account, selecting “**Submit**” on this page would route you to the developer.salesforce.com page to create one. Now that you have created a developer account, selecting the “**Submit**” button prompts iX Hello to ask you to authorize your SalesForce account. So, click **“Allow”**.

iX Hello will integrate with your SalesForce account, and you will see the message, “iX Hello Connection to SalesForce CRM successful”.

## Test your iX Hello and Salesforce connection

The page will display the iX Hello integration with External System Connections. Click the “**Test**” button for the system named “**SalesForce**”.

Select the “**Integration**” menu and choose the “**Connect System**” option.

iX Hello will integrate with your SalesForce account, and you will see the message, iX Hello Connection to SalesForce successful”.
