AI Contents act as a data source for the custom app. You can define the behavior, personality, and knowledge base for your Gen AI assistant using AI Contents.

## Types of AI Content

### a. Text Content

You can directly provide text content to define your application, provide information, set rules, expectations and knowledge base.

### b. Training URLs

You can also provide live URLs that will be relevant to your application and which you wish your application to refer to generate responses to your client queries.
