Direct Chat Link

Now the digital assistant is ready with web chat options. You can obtain and provide a ‘Direct Chat Link’ to this assistant for anyone.

Click on ‘Manage’ on the Web chat option, you’ll get settings for Web Chat.

Click on ‘Open’ and this will open the chat assistant in the new browser window.

Imagine all the possibilities, you could attach this direct link to your emails or share it with your customers instantly, to help with their queries.
