Utterance Setup

Utterances are the keywords that trigger intents. i.e. when the users say these words, the app knows that the user is looking to initiate a particular purpose/conversation with the app.

You can define single or multiple utterances for an intent.

Similar to slots, an utterance also corresponds to a single intent.

An intent might have multiple utterances, but each utterance is mapped to only a single intent.

1. Go to “Utterances” tab select “ChatIntent” as click on “Create New Utterance” as shown below

1. Enter the Utterance details and click “Save” as shown below
