File Upload in Basic Mode

Pre-requisite:

a. You need to have an iX Hello account for this. Contact our team to have your account created.

b. Login in and Click on Add a New Assistant.

This takes you to iX Hello Blueprint Library, which is a collection of templates that you can use to create ready-to-use AI-Apps. Refer to this to create an app in Basic Mode.

You can explore the possibilities here. But for now, let’s focus on creating the GPT-Service Assistant. On the search bar, type ‘GPT-Service Assistant’.

Click on Create App. Fill the details as you proceed.

Now let's concentrate on File Upload:

When you click on the training tab after filling up all the other details,

You get to see a feature called "Upload Files", this feature supports multiple file formats and integrates with local storage, ensuring data security and accessibility.

File Formats

  • .PDF

  • .CSV

  • .DOCX

  • TXT

The "Choose Files" option allows you to upload data from your local device or computer to an online server or storage system. This feature facilitates the sharing of various file types, such as documents, images, and videos, over the internet.

Once file is uploaded then click on Save button.

When creating an Assistant, users can upload up to 10 files, with each file not exceeding 1 MB in size.

When a user attempts to upload more files than allowed, the application will display an error message indicating the limit has been exceeded.

Once the files are uploaded successfully you get see the below screen.
