iX Hello platform integrates with Twilio to automatically purchase and assign phone numbers as part of the application workflow. This feature is currently enabled for the United Kingdom (mobile numbers only), ensuring quick and seamless number provisioning without manual intervention.
You need to have an iX Hello account of EU region for this. Contact our team to have your account created.

Login in and Click on Add a New Assistant.
In iX Hello customer the assistant can be set up to respond to phone calls/ SMS. It supports call/SMS feature based on Twilio.
To set up the assistant for Call settings click on Activate on already existing bot or you can create a new bot follow this document.

Enable Twilio bot use for the App.

A toggle that allows the voice bot to be published and used with this configuration.
When ON, the bot can make or receive calls using the settings below.

Select Country (available options Germany/France/ UK and other European Countries)
Currently set to United Kingdom
This determines:
The country where the phone number will be purchased
Local regulations
Accent / voice compatibility
Available options are (Local, Mobile)
Both Mobile and Local are supported
This means the system will use or purchase mobile phone numbers.
Set to Realtime.
Indicates that the voice bot:
Listens and responds live during the call
Enables real‑time conversations rather than pre‑recorded messages
Dropdown shows available text‑to‑speech (TTS) providers: Open AI/ Eleven Labs
This provider controls:
Voice quality
Naturalness
Accent and tone options
Let's the user choose the voice gender (e.g., Male / Female).
Dependent on the selected voice provider.
Allows choosing a specific voice style or persona from the provider (e.g., calm, professional, energetic).
The ⚠️ warning icon suggests:
A required selection is missing
Or the selected provider requires a profile to proceed
Optional toggle to reduce background noise during calls.
Improves clarity for both the bot and the caller.
It's a sample text which allows the user to test the selected audio and voice profile by clicking on the play button
Now, click on Save and your assistant will now readily respond to calls and SMS from your customers.
You can manage the Twilio settings by clicking on the manage button.
