Flows List

Overview

Flow List view is the central dashboard for listing and managing the created flows.

Deployments Status

The Flows List includes icons that indicate if a flow is deployed on Voice or Chat channels. Clicking an icon in the Deployments column will open the Deployments Sidebar for managing assignments without leaving the current page.

• The Deployments column indicates if a flow is deployed on Voice or Chat.

• Hovering over deployment icons reveals details (e.g., phone numbers or chat widget names).

• If a flow is actively deployed, the Delete action is disabled for that flow.

• Icons are active for flows with deployments.

• Icons remain grayed out for flows without deployments.

Clicking an icon opens the Deployments Sidebar (shown on the right), where users can manage assignments.
