# Token Requests

When users' token balances run low, they can submit an increase request from the chat app. Those requests appear here for admin review.

### Processing Token Requests

1\. Navigate to Token Requests in the sidebar. A count badge indicates pending items.

2\. Review each request: username, email, team, current balance, and requested amount.

3\. Click Approve to grant the token increase — the user's balance updates in real time. Click Reject to deny.

4\. Use Select All followed by bulk Approve or Reject to process many requests at once.

### Token Management Best Practices

• Monthly Resets: Token balances reset automatically on the monthly cycle. Communicate reset dates to your team.

• Default Allocations: Configure sensible defaults for new users so they don't run out on their first day.

• Monitor Usage: Use Analytics to track top token consumers and adjust limits or coach efficient prompting.

• Bulk Approvals: During high-usage periods, use Select All to process many requests efficiently.
