  1. How Language Settings Work in ixHello Employee

  • Automatic Detection: When you access ixHello Employee through a browser or mobile device, the system automatically detects your devices or browser’s preferred language and matches it (if supported).

  • Changing the Language: If you want to switch to another supported language:

    • On Browser:

  • Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.

  • Select Settings.

  • Under General settings, find the Language dropdown.

  • Choose your preferred language.
